Sosa & Son Roofing Inc. is ran by both Nabor and Yosuan Sosa, Nabor started working in roofing in the late 90’s and has not stopped since. His son Yosuan has a degree in Economics and Accounting from UCSB and is pursuing his CPA license.
Primarily focusing on residential jobs, we also take on commercial sites at the request of our clients. We have bonds, general liability and workers compensation insurance. For our safety and your security!

Tear Offs are definitely the most strenuous/dirtiest part of our jobs, because of this we cover valuables with tarps before we start. With this comes small debry and nails that accumulate as we take off the old roof. Since this is the case, we reasonably clean every day before we leave a job site by using magnets to pick up nails at the end of our day to aid in this process.
